इस्लाम मे गुस्ल का एक तरीका बतलाया है
जिससे इन्सान नहाते समय बीमारी से बचा रहता है विशेषज्ञों का कहना है कि नहाने से इन्सान जल्द बीमार होने का डर रहता है विशेषज्ञों का कहना है कि उन्हें नहाने का तरीका नहीं मालूम होता है विशेषज्ञों का कहना है कि इन्सान आज के समय शावर इस्तेमाल करता है जिससे सीधा उनके सरों मे पानी पडता है और जिस्म इसको जल्दी अपना नहीं पाता और हैरान रह जाता है जिससे इन्सान को जल्द बीमार होने का अनुमान ज्यादा रहता है
विशेषज्ञों की सलाह है नहाने के समय मे ऐसा करने से इन्सान बीमार नहीं होगा सबसे पहले पैर में पानी डाला जाये
फिर हाँथ में फिर जिस्म आखिर में सिर मे पानी डाला जाये ऐसे नहाने से इन्सान जल्द बीमार नहीं होगा
और इस्लाम का नज़रिया भी साइन्स पर आधारित है कि नहाने से पहले वजु किया जाये इसका तरीका इस्लाम ने यूँ बताया गया है
कि सबसे पहले अपने दोनों हाँथों को धोया जाये फिर कुल्ली करें यानी मुँह के अन्दर पानी लेकर उसे बाहर फेंका जाये इस प्रक्रिया को तीन बार करें
फिर नाक में पानी डाल कर अच्छे से नाक को साफ किया जाये इसका तरीका ये है कि दायें हाँथ से नाक में पानी डालना है और बाँयें हाँथ की उंगलियों से नाक मे अगर गन्दगी हो तो साफ करें इस प्रक्रिया को भी तीन बार करें
फिर मुँह पर तीन बार पानी डाल कर अच्छे से मुँह धोंयें
इसका इस्लाम मे मुँह दायें कान से लेकर बायें कान तक और सिर के बाल उगने की जगह से ठुड्डी तक चेहरा (मुँह) कहलाता है इसे तीन बार पानी से अच्छी तरह धोयें इस प्रक्रिया को भी तीन बार करें
इसके बाद दोनों हाथों को दायें और बायें हाँथों को घुठनों तक तीन - तीन ( 3 - 3 ) बार धोयें पहले दाहिना हाँथ धोयें फिर बाएं हाथ को धोयें इस प्रक्रिया को भी तीन बार करें
इसके बाद साफ पानी लेकर दोनो हाथों के तीन - तीन ( 3 - 3 )उँगलियाँ मिला कर अपने सिर का मसह करें मतलब दोनो हाथों के तीन तीन उँगली मिला कर माथे से पूरे सिर को उँगलियाँ फिरा दें और कान के अंदर अँगूठे के सहायता से और बाहर उँगली फिरायें की कहीं भी गन्दगी हो तो साफ हो जाए इस प्रक्रिया को एक बार करें
इसके बाद दोनों पैरों के गट्ठों तक तीन - तीन बार धोयें पहले दायें फिर बाएं पैर को इस प्रक्रिया को भी तीन बार करें
इसके बाद दायें कन्धे मे तीन - तीन बार पानी पूरे जिस्म मे बहायें
फिर बायें कन्धे में तीन - तीन बार पानी पूरे जिस्म मे बहायें
अब इसके बाद सिर से पानी डालें और पूरे जिस्म में पानी डालें इस्लाम का हुक्म शुरू से सारे इस्लाम के मानने वाले और सारी दुनिया को पैगम्बर हजरत मुहम्मद मुस्तफा स्वललल्लाहो अलैही वसल्लम ने तरीका बतला चुके हैं
इस्लाम हमारे नुकसान के लिए नहीं है बल्कि हमारी सहायता के लिए है
