आजकल काफ़ी देखा गया है कि लोग मस्जिदों को सजाने, संवारने में ख़ूब पैसा खर्च करते हैं और इमामों, मौलवियों को सताते उन्हें तंग और परेशान रख़ते हैं, और कम से कम पैसों में काम चलाना चाहते हैं, जिसकी वजह से वह सजी सँवरी खूबसूरत मस्जिदें कभी कभी वीरान सी हो जाती हैं और उन्में वक़्त पर अज़ान व नमाज़ भी नहीं हो पाती
इस ब्यान से हमारा मक़सद यह नहीं है कि मस्जिदों को सजाना और खूबसूरत बनाना मना है, बल्कि यह बताना है कि किसी भी मस्जिद की अस्ली खूबसूरती यह है कि उस में दीनदार, खुदाए तआला का ख़ौफ़ रखने वाला, लोगों को हुस्न व खूबी और हिक्मत व दानाई के साथ दीन की बातें बताने वाला आलिमें दीन इमामत करता हो चाहे वह मस्जिद कच्ची और सादा सी इमारत हो, किसी मस्जिद के लिए अगर नेक और सही इमाम मिल जाए, तो लोगों को चाहिए कि उसको हर तरह़ खुश रखें, उसका खूब ख़्याल रखें, बल्कि पीरों से भी ज़्यादा आलिमों मोलवियों, इमामों और मुदर्रिसीन का ख़याल रखा जाए कियोंकि दीन की बक़ा और इस्लाम की हिफाज़त इल्म वालों से है, अगर इमामों और मोलवियों को परेशान रखा गया तो वो दिन दूर नहीं कि मस्जिदों और मदरसे या तो वीरान हो जायेंगे या उनमें सबसे घटिया किस्म के लोग इमामतें करेंगे और बच्चों को पढ़ायेंगे अच्छे घरानों और अच्छे ज़हन व फिक्र रखने वाले लोग इस लाइन से दूर हो जायेंगे
खुलासा यह है कि आलिमों और मोलवियों को चाहिए वो पैसे और माल व दौलत का लालच किये बगैर दीन की ख़िदमत करें और कौम को चाहिए कि वह अपने आलिमों, मौलवियों और दीन की ख़िदमत करने वालों को खुशहाल रख़ें, उन्हें तंगदस्त और परेशान न होने दें और हमारी राय में आजकल शादीशुदा बैरुनी बाहर के इमामों के लिए रिहाइशी मकानों का बन्दोबस्त कर देना निहायत ज़रुरी है ताकि उन्हें बार बार घर न भागना पड़े और वो नमाज़ों को पढ़ाने में पाबंदी कर सकें और अंगुश्तनुमाईयों बद गुमानियों से महफूज़ रहें,

ओलमा ए कराम को अल्लाह तआला ने किस क़द्र बुजुर्गी और मरतबा अता फरमाया है उसका यहाँ मुकम्मल तौर पर ब्यान करना तो बहुत मुश्किल है- उनकी फ़ज़ीलत व अज़मत क़यामत के दिन खुलेगी, जब आम लोगों को तो हिसाब वो किताब के लिए रोका हुआ होगा और ओलमा आलिमों को उनकी शफ़ाअत के लिए रोका होगा, अल्लाह तआला ने क़ुरआन मजीद में और उसके प्यारे मह़बूब सल्लल्लाहु तआला अलैहि वसल्लम ने ह़दीसे तय्यबा में ओलमा के, कसरत से फज़ाइल ब्यान फरमाये हैं, ओलमा के बारे में फरमाया कि अल्लाह तआला ने अपना खौफ़ और खशिय्यत उनके दिलों में रखी, उनके दरजात को बुलंद फरमाया उनको दूसरे लोगों पर फज़ीलत अता फरमाई उनको आसमाने हिदायत के सितारे बनाया, उनको अम्बिया अलैहिस्सलाम का वारिस बनाया, उनके लिए शफ़ाअत का वादा फरमाया, उनको इबादत गुज़ारों पर फ़ज़ीलत अता फरमाई, उनको लोगों के लिए ह़क़ीक़ी रहनुमा क़रार दिया, उनकी मजलिस को अम्बिया अलैहिस्सलाम की मजलिस की तरह़ क़रार दिया, उनकी बे अदबी को बाइसे हिलाकत क़रार दिया, कई सूरतों में उनकी बे अदबी को कुफ्र क़रार दिया, उनकी मजलिसों को सबबे हिदायत फरमाया, अलग़रज़ ओलमा का वजूद दीनो दुनिया की सअदतो और खूबियों का जामें है
