मय्यत को नहलाने का बयान
(2) मय्यत को नहलाना फर्जे किफाया है । बाज लोगों ने गुस्ल दे दिया तो सबसे साकित हो गया नहलाने का तरीका यह है कि जिस चारपाई या तख्त पर नहलाने का इरादा हो उसको तीन या पाँच या सात बार धोनी दें यानी जिस चाज़ में वह खुशबु सुलगती हो उसे उतनी बार चारपाई वगैरह के गिर्द फिराऐं और उस पर मय्यत को लिटा कर नाफ से
घुटने तक किसी कपड़े से छुपा दें फिर नहलाने वाला अपने हाथ पर कपड़ा लपेट कर पहले इसतिन्जा करायें फिर नमाज़ के जैसा वजू़ कराएं यानी मुँह फिर कोहनियाँ समेत फिर हाथ धोएं फिर सर का मसह करायें फिर पावों को धोएँ मगर मय्यत के वजु में गट्ठों तक पहले हाथ धोना और कुल्ली करना और नाक में पानी डालना नहीं है ।
हां कोई कपड़ा या रूई की फैरी भिगोकर दांतों और मसुड़ों और होटों नथनों पर फेर दें । फिर सिर और दाढ़ी के बाल हों तो गुले खैरों से धोयें यह न हो तो पाक साबुन इस्लामी कारखाने का बना हुआ बेसन या किसी और चीज़ से धोयें तो खाली पानी ही काफी हे फिर बायें करवट पर लिटा कर सिर से पांव तक बैरी का पानी बहायें कि तख्ते तक पहुंच जाए फिर दाहिनी करवट पर लिटा कर यूं ही करें और बैरी के पत्ते का उबाला हुआ पानी न हो तो खालिस पानी नीम गर्म काफी है फिर टेक लगाकर बैठायें और नर्मी के साथ नीचे को पेट पर हाथ फेर दें अगर कुछ निकले तो धो डालें । वजु और गुस्ल दोबारा न करायें फिर आखिर में सिर से पाँव तक काफूर का पानी बहायें | फिर बदन को किसी कपड़े से धीरे रे पोंछ दें । ( कानूने शरिअत )
इन्तिबाहः- एक बार सारे बदन पर पानी बहाना फर्ज़ है और तीन मर्तबा जहां गुस्ल दें मुस्तहब यह है कि पर्दा कर लें कि सिवाएं नहलाने वालों और मददगारों के दूसरा न देखे ।
कफ़न का बयानः- मय्यत को कफन देना फर्जे किफाया है कफन के तीन दर्जे होते हैं-
( 1 ) ज़रूरी
( 2 ) किफायत
( 3 ) सुन्नत
मर्द के लिए सुन्नत तीन कपड़े हैं ।
(1) लिफाफा
(2) ऐजार
(3) कमीज़
और औरत के लिए सुन्नत पाँच कपड़े हैं
(1) लिफाफा
(2) ऐजार
(3) कमीज़
(4) ओढ़नी और
(5) सीना बंद
कफन किफायत मर्द के लिए दो कपड़े हैं लिफाफा व ऐज़ार ।
औरत के लिए कफन किफायत तीन कपड़े है
लिफाफा ऐज़ार ओढ़नी या लिफाफा कमीज़ ओढ़नी । कफ़न ज़रूरत मर्द और औरत दोनों के लिए जो मयस्सर आये और कम से कम इतना तो हो कि सारा बदन ढँक जाए ( हिदाया दुर्रे , मुख्तार आलम गीरी कानूने शरीअत )
कफन पहनाने का तरीका
मय्यत को गुस्ल देने के बाद बदन किसी पाक कपड़े से आहिस्ता पोंछ लें ताकि कफन तर न हो और कफन को एक या तीन या पाँच या सात बार धूनी दे ले इससे ज्यादा
नहीं फिर कफन यूँ बिछाये कि पहले बड़ी चादर फिर तहबन्द फिर कफनी फिर मय्यत है और चौड़ाई एक कान की लौ से दूसरे को उस पर लिटायें और कफनी पहनायें और दाढ़ी और तमाम बदन पर खुशबू मलें और मवाजए सुजूद यानी माथे , नाक , हाथ , घुटने और कदम पर काफूर लगायें फिर एज़ार यानी तहबन्द लपेटें , पहले बायें फिर दायें तरफ से फिर लिफाफा लपेटें पहले बायें फिर दायें तरफ से ताकि दाहिना ऊपर रहे और सर और पाँव की तरफ बाँध दें कि उड़ने का डर न रहे
औरत को कफन पहनाकर उसके बाल के दो हिस्से करके कफनी के ऊपर सीना के ऊपर डाल दें और ओढ़नी आधी पीठ के नीचे से बिछा कर सर पर लाकर मुँह पर मिस्ले नकाब के डालें कि सीना पर रहे कि इसकी लम्बाई आधी पीठ से सीना तक
कान की लौ तक और यह जो लोग किया करते हैं कि ज़िन्दगी की तरह उढ़ा देते है महज़ बेजा व खिलाफ सुन्नत है फिर बदस्तूरे एज़ार व लिफाफा लपेटें फिर सबके ऊपर सीना बन्द पिस्तान के ऊपर से रान तक लाकर बाँधे ।( आलमगीरी , दुरे मुख्तार , कानूने शरीअत )
नमाज़े जनाज़ा का बयान
जनाज़ा की नमाज़ फर्जे किफाया है एक ने भी पढ़ ली तो सब बरीउज्जिम्मा हो गये नहीं तो जिस - जिसको खबर पहुंची थी और न पढ़ी गुनहगार हुवा इसकी फर्जियत का जो इन्कार करे काफिर है । ( कानूने शरीअत )

नमाज़े जनाज़ा के पहले यूँ नीयत करे
हिन्दी नियत (नियत की इस जनाजा की फर्जे किफाया चार तकबीरों के साथ सना वास्ते अल्लाह पाक के दरूद वास्ते हजरत मुहम्मद मुस्तफा स्वललल्लाहो अलैही वसल्लम के दुआ इस मय्यत के पीछे इस इमाम की इक्तदा मे मुंह मेरा काबा शरीफ के तरफ अल्लाहु अकबर)
अरबी नियत (नवैतु अन ओ अद्दी - य लिल्लाहि तआला अर ब - अ तक बीरातिस्सातिल जनाज ति | फर्जुल्किफायते वस्सनाओ लिल्लाहि तआला वस्सलातो अलन नबिय्वि वद्दुआओ लिहाजि हिज मय्यति इक्तद-इतु-बिहाजल-इमाम मुतवज्जिहन इला - जि - ह - तिल क - बतिश - शरी - फति अल्लाहु अकबर)
फिर कान तक हाथ उठाकर अल्लाहु अकबर कहता हुआ हाथ नीचे लायें और नाफ के नीचे हस्बे दस्तूर बाँध लें और सना पढ़ें यानी -सुबहा - नका अल्लाहुम्म व बिहम्दिका व तबा - रा - कस्मु -का व तआला जदु - का व जल्ल सनाउका व लाइलाहा गैइरूका
फिर अल्लाहु अकबर कहें और दुरूद शरीफ पढ़ें अल्ला हुम्मा स्वल्ले अला सय्यदना मौलाना मोहम्मदिवँ वा बारिक वसल्लम सलातँव वा सलामन अलैइका या रसूलुल्लाह स्वललल्लाहो अलैही वसल्लम
बेहतर दुरूद शरीफ वही है जो नमाज में पढ़ा जाता है , अगर कोई दूसरा दुरूद पढ़ें जब भी कोई हर्ज नहीं
फिर बगैर हाथ उठाये अल्लाहु अकबर कहें और इसके बाद अपने और मय्यत के लिए नीज़ तमाम मोमिनीन व मोमिनात के लिए “ दुआए जनाज़ा ' जो बड़ी मय्यत के | लिए है
अल्लाहुम्मगफिलि हाय्यना व मय्यतिना व शाहिदिना व गायिबिना व सगीरिना व कबीरिना व ज - क - रिना व उन्साना अल्लाहुम्म मन अहयत त - हू मिन्ना फ - अहयिही अलल इस्लामि व मन - त | वफ्फय - तहू मिन्ना फ़ - त - वफ्फहू अलल | ईमान ०
पढ़कर अल्लाहु अकबर कहके दोनों तरफ़ सलाम फेर दे ।
नोट : - मय्यत अगर नाबालिग लड़का है तो

तीसरी तकबीर के बाद वह दुआ पढ़े जो नाबालिग लड़की के लिए है अल्लाहुम्मज अलहा लना फ - र तौं वज अलहा लना अजरौं व जुखरों वज अलहा लना शफीअतौं व मुशफ्फअह 0
कब्र में मय्यत के उतारने वगैरह की दुआ
मय्यत की आँखें बन्द करते वक़्त
उसके आज़ा को सीधा करते वक्त ,
गुस्ल ,
कफन पहनाने के वक्त
चारपाई या ताबूत वगैरह पर रखते वक़्त
और कब्र में मय्यत के उतारते वक्त
यह दुआ पढ़ना मुस्तहब है । बिस्मिल्लाह अला . मिल्लति रसूलिल्लाहि सल्लल्लाहु तआला अलैहि व सल्लम ०
